Report of the BRAUSS University which recommended 14% to 35% reservation for OBCS in the State of Madhya Pradesh. In 2019, the State of Madhya Pradesh has increased the reservation for OBCs to 27% and thereby the overall reservation to 72% and BRAUSS report has been relied upon strongly along with Mahajan Commission report to justify the excessive reservation . Honourable Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the 27% reservation and the case is pending in the Honourable High Court.
