Dr. Bhure Lal, IAS, Retired
Dr. Bhure Lal is a retired IAS officer. He has worked with two Prime Ministers of the country as Joint Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office. He was a Director of the Enforcement Directorate dealing with Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) and worked in the Ministry of Finance as Joint Secretary on two occasions. He has held positions as Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission; Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Tribal Affairs; Chairman, Food Corporation of India; and Secretary, Coordination and Public Grievances, Government of India. He also served as Secretary to Chief Minister and Vigilance Secretary in the State of Uttar Pradesh. He has deep insights into global menace of terrorism and money laundering. He has authored the book “Judicial Activism and Accountability” to highlight the role of judiciary, executive and legislature in running the affairs of the state. He has also authored the book “Monstrous Face of ISI”.
Prof. Makkhan Lal
Prof. Makkhal Lal is a distinguished archaeologist and historian, taught in Banaras Hindu University and Aligarh Muslim University. He was the Founder Director of Delhi Institute of Heritage Research and Management. He was the first Charles Wallace Fellow in Cambridge University and also elected a Senior Fellow at Clare Hall. He was elected in 1986 and again in 1990 for an eight years term i.e. till 1998 by the SAARC countries archaeologists and historians to represent South Asia on the Executive Committee of the World Archaeological Congress.
Justice Shashi Kant Agarwal
Hon’ble Justice Shashi Kant Agarwal graduated in Law from University of Allahabad and enrolled as an advocate in the year 1971. He practised on criminal side at High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. He also worked as a brief holder for State of U.P. from 1976 to August 1983. He was elevated as permanent Judge on Feb 05, 1999 and also served as Judge in Jharkhand High Court
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Shiva Kirti Singh
Hon’ble Justice Shiva Kirti Singh is a retired Indian judge who served as the chairperson of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal. He also served as a judge of the Supreme Court of India from 2013 to 2016, Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, acting Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court and Patna High Court and judge of the Allahabad High Court and Patna High Court.
Hon’ble Mr. Justice Virendra Vikram Singh
Hon’ble Justice Virendra Vikram Singh is a retired judge. He got enrolled as an Advocate on Jan 29, 1974. He practised mainly on Criminal side. He was appointed in Higher Judicial Service in the year 1996. He got promoted as District & Sessions Judge in the year 2007 and elevated as Additional Judge on Apr17, 2012. He took oath as Permanent Judge on Sep 05, 2013.
Shri Amod Kumar Kanth IPS
Shri. Amod Kumar Kanth IPS is a Former Director General of Police in the State Governments of Goa and Arunachal Pradesh. He was also the Chief Vigilance Officer of Delhi Jal Board. He has raised a national level institution, Prayas as the founder Secretary, with convergence of government agencies, UN systems and civil society action groups from its modest beginning with underprivileged children.
Shri. Chittaranjan Khaitan, IAS, Retired
Shri. Chittaranjan Khaitan has retired from Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He has served as Additional Chief Secretary Home, Forest and Environment besides serving DM and Collector of districts of Raipur, Chhatarpur and Damoh. He was President Board of Revenue. He served as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development, Home and Social Justice in Government of India. He started his career as Sub-Editor, India Today before joining IAS. He also has two degrees with distinction from University of Birmingham and Erasmus University. He was Advisor, Project Management, with an Infra Company, AIDPL.
Shri. Suresh Kumar Bharadwaj, IPS
Shri. Suresh Kumar Bharadwaj is a retired IPS officer. He joined IPS in1983 and retired from the post of Director General of Police from state of Bihar. He has held sensitive posts throughout his police carrier and now devotes his time on nation building and social work.
